Saving Grace Online School’s Online School offers the South African Curriculum to students via our daily live classes. Our school allows pupils to study the CAPS Curriculum, from home from all over the world with Live lessons being delivered by experienced and qualified teachers.

Simply Cambridge Virtual College offers online homeschooling support for parents and guardians who have decided to home educate their children.

Simply Cambridge Virtual College opens the doors to British education for pupils around the world. Our school allows pupils to study the British curriculum, from home from all over the world. Live lessons are delivered by experienced and qualified teachers and parents can track their child’s progress via the online school hub. WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?

During this critical year, students prepare for the final phase of their High School Career. South African Matric is highly respected, stand-alone qualifications and are a passport for progression to University.

Senior Phase students can choose the subjects they wish to study in FET Phase. So if you need to study Biology, Maths and Science at Matric Level because that is what you need to enter University, then you need to study these same three subjects from Grade 10 too.

Students change their mind about what they want to study at University all the time and so the broadest selection of subjects in Grade 10 affords the greatest scope for future directions.

OUR LEARNING APPROACH

ESTABLISHED SCHOOL

There are currently around 1,500 pupils taking advantage of online learning with Saving Grace Online School and Saving Grace Homeschool.

IDEAL CLASS SIZES

In general, learners are arranged into class tutor groups up to a maximum of 19 pupils. In the secondary school, lessons are taught via ‘Lead’ and ‘Follow’ lessons. Lead lessons resemble masterclasses where much larger groups have the same new subject content delivered to them at the same time by lead teachers in the subject. The follow lessons are the more traditional exercise lessons in much smaller groups where the understanding of the new subject content is explored.

REAL-TIME LESSONS

All lessons are taught live by our experienced and expert teachers. Within timetabled lessons, we utilize a number of teaching and learning methods.

24 HOUR LEARNING

The learning platform offers all learners the opportunity to participate in continuous learning activities as well as access to live lesson recordings 24 hours a day.
